The BGA will host the next Citizen Watchdog Training in Lakeview.
BGA Citizen Watchdog Training teaches you how to keep an eye on government and report on what's happening in your community. Attend a Watchdog Training and learn the ins and outs of the Open Meetings Act and the Freedom of Information Act. Learn more about how the BGA keeps an eye on government throughout the state of Illinois.
Expert presenters from the Illinois Attorney General's Public Access Bureau and Kirkland & Ellis LLPwill teach you all you need to know to keep an eye on your local government. Members of the BGA Investigative Unit will also be there.
