The Pension Outlook Database from the Better Government Association has been discontinued. The project was intended to complement the Pension Database by showing employee contributions in the major public-sector pension funds in Illinois for current and former government employees who someday may collect a taxpayer-subsidized pension.
The Illinois Pensions database and Illinois Public Salaries database are excellent resources for those who used the Pension Outlook site.
The raw data from the project is available here. All records contained in the database are public and were obtained under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA. The data is from 2012 through 2016.
