Fortnightly Club Of Chicago

On Thursday, Oct. 22, Andy Shaw spoke to a group of more than one hundred women at The Fortnightly Club of Chicago. The oldest women’s organization in the city, The Fortnightly Club brings together women from all walks of life to discuss books, films and current events. Andy spoke about the BGA’s history, mission and work in addition to Illinois’s current budget crisis. The audience was engaged and ready to ask questions about issues ranging from pension reform to taxes and spending.
