Watchdog Training: Urbana

Dozens of watchdogs from the Urbana-Champaign area joined the BGA and local news organizations for a full tutorial on the Freedom of Information Act—one of citzens' best tools for understanding the workings of government.
The BGA's outside counsel, Matt Topic, presented key do's and don'ts and answered crowd questions.
